Ceiling arms suit walk-in showers and frameless glass screens particularly well, since there's often no nearby wall for a standard arm, and the centred overhead position gives an even, hotel-style spray. They're commonly paired with larger rain shower heads of 200mm or more — check the arm's connection thread matches the head you plan to install, especially if you're sourcing them separately.
