Orders & Shipping

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all states and territories, both from our online store and our showrooms.
How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take?
Shipping cost and timeframe depend on the size, weight and destination of your order, and are calculated at checkout. For large or bulky items (vanities, bathtubs, tiles) or time-sensitive projects, contact us before ordering and we'll give you an accurate estimate.
Can I track my order?
Yes — contact us on (02) 9632 0173 or sales@lamex.com.au with your order number and we'll get you the latest status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually amend or cancel it once it has shipped, our standard returns policy applies.
What if part of my order is unavailable?
If we can't fulfil part of your order, we'll contact you within 3 business days to either source the item elsewhere, offer a comparable replacement, or arrange a full or partial refund.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Most products can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note at our discretion, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. A 25% to 30% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Custom orders and shower screens can't be returned. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Call (02) 9632 0173 or email sales@lamex.com.au with your invoice or order number and our team will guide you through the process.
What does the warranty cover?
Our products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, plus the guarantees that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Full terms, exclusions and installation/care guidelines are on our Warranty Claim page.
How do I lodge a warranty claim?
Submit the warranty claim form with photos (and video, if relevant) of the issue upto 3 images and 1 video. Our After Sales team will review it and follow up with a resolution. Any damage from delivery must be reported within 3 days.
How long does a warranty claim take?
Most claims are reviewed and resolved within 2–3 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the issue.

Yes, we regularly supply renovators, builders and trades across bathroom and kitchen projects, from single items to full fit-outs.
Can I get pricing for a bulk or multi-unit project?
For larger projects, contact our team directly on (02) 9632 0173 or sales@lamex.com.au with your product list and quantities, and we'll put together a tailored quote.
Can I get help choosing products for a project?
Our showroom teams can talk you through options in person, or you can book a showroom consultation and bring your plans or measurements along.
