7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement where a product:

  • Is not fit for its stated purpose

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion, subject to the item being unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense, and 15% to 30% restocking fee may be applicable..

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you have under the ACL that cannot be excluded by agreement. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
